Responsibilities
- Greet members and make them feel at home.
- Answer any questions the members may have.
- Assist members in financial transactions.
- Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment.
- Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist Loan Officers in processing loan documents and gathering information from members.
Qualifications
- Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled members.
- Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments.
- Ability to problem solve quickly concerns members may have.
- Good communication skills with members.
- Ability to transition to different departments as needed.
